selen-Loges® 200 μg vegetable contains natural selenium from purely vegetable sources. It is made from black mustard (Brassica nigra) and is an ideal alternative for anyone who wants to eat vegetarian. In contrast to other plant foods, the mustard plant, as a cruciferous vegetable, is particularly good at absorbing selenium from the soil - and converting it into organically bound selenium (e.g. selenoamino acids) and enriching it5,6.
