Selen-Loges® 200 μg plant-based contains natural selenium from purely vegetable source. It is obtained from black mustard (Brassica Nigra) and is an optimal alternative for anyone who wants to eat vegetarian. In contrast to other vegetable foods, the mustard plant as a cross -flower selenium can absorb the ground particularly well - and convert and enrich it into organically bound selenium (e.g. selenoamino acids) 5.6. Since these are small, easy to swallow film-coated tablets, Selen-Loges® 200 μg of vegetable can also be used very well by people with difficulty swallowing.
