Selen-Loges^® 100 μg plant-based contains natural selenium from a purely plant-based source. It is obtained from black mustard (Brassica nigra) and is an optimal alternative for anyone who wants to follow a vegetarian diet. In contrast to other plant foods, the mustard plant, as a cruciferous vegetable, can absorb selenium from the soil particularly well - and convert and enrich it into organically bound selenium (e.g. selenoamino acids)5,6. Since these are small, easy-to-swallow film-coated tablets, selen-Loges^® 100 μg herbal can also be used very well by people with swallowing difficulties.
