The for you protein power is a high-
Valuable 4-component protein concentrate with multifunctional properties. It is a blend of 4 carefully selected biologically very high quality protein sources. It is easily soluble, easily digestible, low in fat and tasty. Through the combination of different protein sources, the for you power protein has a balanced balance of all amino acids.

The nutrients contained in for you power protein plus contribute to a variety of bodily functions, e.g.:

• Build and maintain muscle mass (protein)
• Normal protein synthesis (magnesium, zinc)
• Normal amino acid synthesis (folic acid)
• Normal muscle function (calcium, magnesium)
• Reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vitamins B2, B6, B12, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamin C, magnesium)

The proteins contained:
Milk protein
is an instantized, spray-dried milk protein, made from fresh pasteurized skimmed milk by precipitating the casein with acid, subsequent neutralization and spray drying. The milk protein used is a special milk protein that develops a particularly creamy consistency when mixed with milk. This results in a particularly creamy and delicious taste. Quality meets good taste here and so a high-quality product also becomes a pleasure at the same time.

Soy Protein Isolate
The second protein component is a carefully selected soy protein isolate. This is not the pure soybean, but the protein content of the soy. The soybeans are de-oiled and the carbohydrates are extracted. By means of spray drying, the natural protein dispersed in water is converted into a light, high-percentage vegetable protein in powder form. Through the process of isolating the protein, unwanted components (antinutrients) of the soy can also be removed at the same time, such as phytoestrogens, lectins, isoflavones, goitrogens, phytic acid...
What remains is a vegetable protein. A special feature is the fact that soy protein is one of the very few vegetable proteins that has a complete spectrum of amino acids.

Whey protein concentrate
is an instant whey protein concentrate made from fresh sweet whey from cheese production. Through a special cross-flow filtration, the protein is highly concentrated, and fat and carbohydrates are removed. The liquid whey is processed into a powder by spray drying. Whey proteins are a protein blend with a high Chemical Score. This value can only be achieved through a combination of different proteins.

Chicken Egg Protein Powder
When the eggs are broken, the egg white is separated from the yolk, desugared, fermented, spray-dried and then subjected to a heat treatment. As a further extra, the for you protein power contains a very high-quality processed L-carnitine. This undergoes a process known as microencapsulation. I love this protein shake! It is full of important vitamins, great for losing weight and building muscle after exercise. I also get through my diets without any problems with the shake. The shake was recommended to me by a friend who was really into Dr. Strunz swears. Vanilla also tastes very good.

I regularly take protein powder from Dr. Strunz. Usually in the evening, often instead of a “normal” dinner. Right now I'm doing another liver cleanse according to Prof. Dr. WORM and then for 14 days there is Strunz protein 3 times a day with a large portion of vegetables, plus Strunz NEHMs. Makes you young, keeps you young and healthy! I am 68 and healthy and happy, without any medication!
