The for you protein power is a high-
Valuable 4-component protein concentrate with multifunctional properties. It is a blend of 4 carefully selected biologically very high quality protein sources. It is easily soluble, easily digestible, low in fat and tasty. Through the combination of different protein sources, the for you power protein has a balanced balance of all amino acids.

The nutrients contained in for you power protein plus contribute to a variety of bodily functions, e.g.:

• Build and maintain muscle mass (protein)
• Normal protein synthesis (magnesium, zinc)
• Normal amino acid synthesis (folic acid)
• Normal muscle function (calcium, magnesium)
• Reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vitamins B2, B6, B12, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamin C, magnesium)

The proteins contained:

Milk protein
is an instantized, spray-dried milk protein, made from fresh pasteurized skimmed milk by precipitating the casein with acid, subsequent neutralization and spray drying. The milk protein used is a special milk protein that develops a particularly creamy consistency when mixed with milk. This results in a particularly creamy and delicious taste. Quality meets good taste here and so a high-quality product also becomes a pleasure at the same time.

Soy Protein Isolate
The second protein component is a carefully selected soy protein isolate. This is not the pure soybean, but the protein content of the soy. The soybeans are de-oiled and the carbohydrates are extracted. By means of spray drying, the natural protein dispersed in water is converted into a light, high-percentage vegetable protein in powder form. Through the process of isolating the protein, unwanted components (antinutrients) of the soy can also be removed at the same time, such as phytoestrogens, lectins, isoflavones, goitrogens, phytic acid...
What remains is a vegetable protein. A special feature is the fact that soy protein is one of the very few vegetable proteins that has a complete spectrum of amino acids.

Whey protein concentrate
is an instant whey protein concentrate made from fresh sweet whey from cheese production. Through a special cross-flow filtration, the protein is highly concentrated, and fat and carbohydrates are removed. The liquid whey is processed into a powder by spray drying. Whey proteins are a protein blend with a high Chemical Score. This value can only be achieved through a combination of different proteins.

Chicken Egg Protein Powder
When the eggs are broken, the egg white is separated from the yolk, desugared, fermented, spray-dried and then subjected to a heat treatment. The contained chicken egg protein is primarily used to enhance the product quality. Chicken egg white contains certain amino acids, which become the limiting amino acid in the types of protein described above. An optimized amino acid balance can only be achieved through the right combination of individual protein components in exactly the right ratio, which ultimately leads to the high chemical score mentioned.

Carnitine encapsulated (per serving 500 mg)
As a further extra, the for you protein power contains a very high-quality processed L-carnitine. This undergoes a process known as microencapsulation. This not only protects the L-carnitine itself and the high quality of the raw materials can be guaranteed over the entire BBD and even beyond, but also the taste of the protein shake itself remains unaffected and the inherent taste otherwise known from L-carnitine disturbs the taste of the Shakes in any way.

The added minerals and vitamins
Zinc is a trace element that influences many biochemical processes in the body and plays a crucial role in metabolism. Zinc is importantg for the immune system, skin and hair. For me, this is the best protein for losing weight and after exercise. Thanks to the many nutrients, you can replace a meal with a clear conscience and still have all the important vitamins supplied to your body. After exercise I love it because of the L-carnitine content, it tastes as delicious as vanilla ice cream

In terms of taste, I think the vanilla egg white is super tasty, kind of like vanilla ice cream :) The many nutrients were very important to me, I'd rather pay more and do something good for my body.

The nutritional values are okay, but vanilla doesn't work for me at all. Too sweet and too chemical... without the typical vanilla taste, just artificial. A pity
