Adequate sleep is important for well-being. Sleep consists of several sleep cycles. Important processes take place in the body during sleep. Rest and relaxation phases alternate with deep sleep phases. What is experienced is processed and what has been learned is saved. In Eastern cultures, hemp oil has been valued for centuries for its diverse properties. Hemp is one of the oldest cultivated plants on earth, and its seeds, leaves, flowers and fibers are used in a wide variety of ways.
For example, hemp seeds were used as food centuries ago. The double heart system MELATONIN + HANFÖL is intended for taking before going to bed. It contains the "sleep hormone" melatonin. Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone produced by the pineal gland in the midbrain. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
In order for the positive effect to set in, 1 mg of melatonin should be taken shortly before going to bed. Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) contributes to normal synthesis and normal metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters. Vitamin B1 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal energy metabolism.
