I like that you can let the tablets melt in your mouth. And they help me sleep.

At first I was skeptical about what melatonin was supposed to do. Nevertheless, I tested it. First as a spray. However, I didn't like the dosage form that much. Then I discovered the orodispersible tablets. Every evening I let 2 tablets dissolve in my mouth and sleep very well with them. If I can't fall asleep at all one night, I realize that I had forgotten the melatonin tablets.
