Field of use

Diclo-AdGC Pain Gel Forte 20 mg/g (pack size: 180 g) contains the active ingredient diclofenac, which belongs to the drug group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). For short -term local, symptomatic treatment from light to moderately severe pain in acute strains, sprains or bruises due to a blunt trauma.

Do you suffer from a strain, sprain or bruise? Do you keep the pain on the affected muscles, joints or back in the back? DICLO-ADGC® relieves your complaints thanks to the twice as strong dosage 1) of the active ingredient diclofenac. The gel starts at the painful area and treats its injury both with high precision and with a low risk of side effects2). It is easy to use and almost completely absorbs into the skin.

Diclo-adgc pain gel forte 20 mg/g (pack size: 180 g) contains:

The active ingredient is: diclofenac. 1 G contains 23.2 mg diclofenac-n-ethyllethanamine, corresponding to 20 mg diclofenac sodium.

The other components are: Carbomer 974P, Cocylcaprelocrat (Ph.EUR.), Macrogolcetylstearylether (Ph.EUR.) (22 EO units), thick-fluid paraffin, nethyllethanamine, 2-propanol (Ph.eur.), Propylenglycol (E 1520) , Oleic acid (E 570), butylhydroxytoluol (Ph.EUR.) (E 321), perfume oil (contains citronellol, Geraniol, benzyl alcohol (E 1519), Linalool, D-Limons, Citral, Farnesol, Cumarin, Eugenol), cleaned water.

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be used,
  • if you are allergic to Diclofenac or one of the other components of this drug;
  • if you have reacted in the past with breathing problems (asthma, bronchospasm), hives, running nose or swelling of the face or tongue after taking/using acetylsalicylic acid or another non -steroidal inflammatory medicine (e.g. ibuprofen);
  • on open injuries, inflammation or infections of the skin as well as on eczema or mucous membranes;
  • in the last third of the pregnancy.
  • for children and adolescents under the age of 14.

dosage

Ausing recommendation of diclo-adgc pain gel forte 20 mg/g (pack size: 180 g):

Diclo-AdGC Pain Gel Forte 20 mg/g (pack size: 180 g) is applied twice a day (preferably in the morning and evening) to the affected skin area. A cherry to walnut-sized amount is sufficient for this. Then wash your hands.

The gel may be used under a non-oklective, but not under an airtight occlusive bandage. To do this, let the gel dry on the skin before putting on.

DICLO-ADGC® must not be applied or taken on eyes or mucous membranes. It may only be applied to intact, non -sick and non -injured skin.

How long is diclo-adgc® used?
Without a medical recommendation, DICLO-ADGC® should not be used for more than 1 week. If the symptoms do not sound for 3-5 days or worsen if a doctor should be consulted.

Who is DICLO-ADGC® suitable for?
DICLO-ADGC® is generally suitable for adults and adolescents aged 14 and over.

Taking

• Open the tube as follows before the first application:
  • 1. Screw the lock cap off the tube. To open the safety seal, turn the locking cap around and put it onto the tube opening. You must not use scissors or other pointed objects!
  • 2. Remove the plastic seal from the tube by turning. Use the gel as described. If the seal is damaged, you must not use the medicine.
• Applying the gel:
  • The gel is intended for use on the skin.
  • Apply the gel to the affected parts of the body thinly and rub it into the skin slightly. Wash your hands after rubbing the gel, unless these are the area to be treated.

• Warnings and Precautions
  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using the medicine.
  • If you suffer from asthma, hay fever, nasal mucosal swelling (so-called nasal polyps) or chronic bronchy-consuming (obstructive) respiratory diseases, chronic respiratory infections (especially connected to hay-butt-like phenomena) or hypersensitivity to other pain and rheumatism, they are due to asthma attacks (so-called. Analgetics intolerance/analgesic asthma), local skin or mucosal swelling (so-called quincke-edema) or urticaria more at risk than other patients.
  • In these patients, this medicine may only be used under certain precautionary measures (emergency willingness) and direct medical control. The same applies to patients who also react allergic to other substances, such as: B. with skin reactions, itching or hives.
  • If the gel is applied extensively to the skin and applied over a longer period of time, the occurrence of systemic (relating to the entire body) cannot be ruled out due to the use of the preparation. The gel should therefore be used in patients with restricted kidney, heart or liver function as well as in patients with active peptic ulcers in the stomach or duodenum with caution.
  • The drug may only be applied to intact, non -sick or injured skin. Eyes and mucous membranes must not come with the medicine and it must not be taken.
  • After applying the gel onto the skin, you can use a permeable (non-iclective) bandage. Before creating a association, however, the gel should dry up on the skin for a few minutes. You must not use an airtight occlusal association.
  • Check out a doctor if the symptoms worsen or have not improved after 3-5 days.
  • Take the treatment off when a rash occurs during treatment with the preparation.
  • If you are exposed to direct sunlight or artificial tanning, there is a risk of skin reactions. You should be during and to two weeks after treatmentavoid onnen light or artificial tanning.
  • It should be ensured that children do not get in touch with grated skin areas.
  • Children and adolescents
    • This medicine must not be used in children and adolescents under the age of 14.

 

• Wateriness and ability to operate machines
  • The preparation has no or a negligible influence on the traffic and the ability to use machines.

Pregnancy

• If you are pregnant or breastfeed, or if you suspect that you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this drug.
• Pregnancy
  • In the last third of the pregnancy you may not use this medicine because it could damage the unborn child or cause problems at birth. If you intend to get pregnant, as well as in the first and second thirds of pregnancy, the preparation should only be used after consultation with the doctor.
• Breastfeeding
  • Since Diclofenac merges into breast milk in small quantities, the medicine should only be applied during breastfeeding under medical supervision. If you breastfeed, do not use this preparation in the chest area or otherwise to large skin areas or over a longer period of time.
