1.What are Euphrasia D3 single-socket eye drops and what are you used for?

Euphrasia D3 single-dose eye drop is an anthroposophical medicine in eye diseases.

Application areas:
According to anthroposophic human and natural knowledge, the fields of application include: catarrhal inflammation at the eye, which deal with increased tear-absorption; Lidemene, especially on allergic foundation.

If the complaints do not have to improve or even worsen after 2 days, contact your doctor.

2. What should you prior to the use of Euphrasia D3 Pay attention to single socket eyes?

Euphrasia D3 single-socket eye drops must not be used,
  • if you are allergic to Euphrasia (eye trove) or one of the other ingredients of this medicine mentioned in Section 6.
  • for children under 4 years.


Warnings and Precautions:
Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Euphrasia D3 single-socket eye drops. The application of the medicinal product in case of eye inflammation should not be carried out without a medical advice and does not replace other medicinal products relating to the doctor. For strong pain in the field of eyes, purlier secretion or a sudden slope of the eyesight, an ophthalmologist must be requested immediately. For longer-lasting, unclear or new complaints, a doctor must also be visited.

For contact lens carriers:
Contact lenses should not be worn in inflammable eye diseases. Euphrasia D3 Single-socket eye drops are generally compatible with contact lens material. However, it will be advised to carry contact lenses in order not to aggravate inflammation.

Children and adolescents:
Euphrasia D3 single-socket eye drops are used in adults and children from 4 years.

Application of Euphrasia D3 single-socket eye drops along with other medicines:
Interactions with other medicines are unknown. No studies have been carried out for collecting interactions. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you apply other medicines, recently other medicines have applied or intend to apply other medicines.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and procilability:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you suspect to be pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor for advice before applying this medicine.

Driving and ability to operate machines:
Euphrasia D3 single-dose eye drops have no or a negligible influence on the ability to drive and the ability to operate machines. As with all eye drops, Euphrasia D3 instead of euphrasia D3 can lead to single-socket eye drops to a temporary impairment of vision. Participation in road traffic or the operation of machines should be done only when they see clear again.

3.How have Euphrasia D3 to apply single-socket eye drops?

Always use this medicine as described in this leaflet or exactly after the arrangement made with your doctor or pharmacist.

Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose of adults and children from 4 years is:
Drop 1 drops for 3 times a day in the conjunctive bag of the affected eye.

Type of application:
  1. Use a new single dose container for each application to guarantee a sterile application.
  2. Wash hands before use.
  3. Disconnect a single dose container from the block.
  4. Grasp the labeled side with one hand and open the single dose container with the other hand by turning the cap.
  5. Do not touch the outlet opening by hand or the eye.
  6. Tilt the head back and hold the drip container perpendicular to the eye. Through light pressure on the drip container 1 drops in the conjunctive bag drop.
  7. Dispose of opening and use of the single dose container possibly remaining residues.


Duration of application:
The treatment of an acute disease should be completed after 1 week. If no improvement occurs within 2 days, a doctor is to visit. The duration of the treatment of chronic diseases requires consultation with the doctor.

If you have a larger amount of Euphrasia D3 Single-dose eye drops have applied than you should:
No cases of overdoses are known.

If you forget the application of Euphrasia D3 single-socket eye drops:
Do not turn twice the amount if you forget the previous application.

Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure when using this medicine.

4.What side effects are possible?

Like all medicines, this medicine can also have side effects, but they do not have to occur each other. Irritation of the eyes may occur as e.g. Burn, redness, itching, swelling or increased tear flow (frequency unknown).

5. How to keep Euphrasia D3 single-socket eye drops?

You may not use this medicine after the expiry date specified on the container and the folding box. The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month. Euphrasia D3 single-dose eye drops do not contain antimicrobial preservatives. After opening and use of the single dose container may detect any remaining remains. Keep the medicine so that it is not accessible to children. Do not store more than 25 ° C.

The active ingredient is:
1 single dose container with a filling volume of 0.4 ml contains: Euphrasia 3C Dil. D3 0.4 ml.

The other ingredients are:
Sodium chloride (isotonization agent), sodium citrate (buffer), Citric acid monohydrate (buffer).

Like Euphrasia D3 single-socket eye drops look and contents of the pack:
The solution is a clear and colorless to slightly yellow fluid. Pack sizes: 5, 10 and 20 single-dose containers too 0.4 ml. It may not be all the packing sizes on the market.
