The vitamin B complex is very good. B vitamins are important for various functions in the body and the tablets can support exactly these processes. One pack is enough for around 4 months and the vitamins are optimally dosed. This gives my body the nutrient-rich support it needs.

I ordered the preparation because I have been feeling very weak and drained lately and I also often have colds. I've been taking one tablet a day for about a week and, to my surprise, I've noticed that things are getting better every day. I have more energy and am not so tired anymore. Vitamin B is a complex of eight different substances, all of which contribute to better health. These are riboflavin, thiamine, nicotinamide, pantothenic acid, folic acid, biotin, pyridoxine and methylcobalamin. You may have heard of most of them and they are also available separately as supplements. I find it easier to get this preparation. The effects of the individual components are so diverse that I don't want to explain them too. Just inform :)
