The supplement is important if you don't include enough fish in your diet. I think the capsules are great, they have a high dosage and one pack is enough for 3 months. Value for money is also great!

I got the product because we are doing a metabolic treatment and the capsules are very important for this treatment. The capsules arrived very quickly and well packaged. The cats can easily be taken with a little water. The capsules are tasteless. I can definitely recommend the capsules. The price is great too. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the effect of the capsules yet because I haven't been taking the capsules long enough.

I have been taking Omega 3 regularly for years! Omega 3 from Vitamize EPA with 400 mg and DPA with 300 mg per capsule are very high doses. The can contains 90 softgel capsules. The package says you should only take one capsule a day, I take 6 a day! Of course, everyone has to decide for themselves how much they take. Another important aspect for me was that the product is completely free of genetically modified ingredients, pesticides, fungicides, artificial fertilizers or other harmful substances. In addition, the product contains pure fish oil, which is why the tablets have a bit of a fish smell - but that's normal! This product is good value for money!
