The pack contains 60 tablets. Suitable for vegetarians, no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives, gluten-free, lactose-free, contains no pork-derived ingredients and is non-GMO.

Instructions for use: Adults: ½ tablet per day or 1 tablet every 2 days. Elderly people: 1 tablet per day. Adults with an increased vitamin D requirement: 1 tablet per day.

Take with sufficient liquid, with a meal.

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has set the maximum daily vitamin D intake for adults at 4000 I. E. (100mcg) fixed. This amount should not be exceeded. This maximum daily dose refers to the intake of vitamin D from all sources.

Das Produkt wurde mir zu Testzwecken von ForMe zur Verfügung gestellt. Da ich immer unter Vit D Mangel leide nutze ich die Tabletten gerne und fühle mich besser und wacher. Ich denke die Tabletten beheben den Vitamin-Mangel sehr gut, genau kann ich es erst nach der nächsten Blutuntersuchung beurteilen. Die Einnahme ist unkompliziert mit etwas Flüssigkeit. Gut finde ich, dass das Präparat keinen unangenehmen Geschmack hinterlässt.

Ich durfte dieses Produkt von forme testen. Die Tabletten sind leicht zu schlucken und man nimmt sie alle zwei Tage. Es ist vegan, was für mich ebenfalls wichtig ist. Man fühlt sich viel besser, man hat viel bessere Laune, durch die erhöhte dosis wirkt es gefühlt schneller als niedrigere Einheiten. Werde nur noch diese Einheiten nehmen.

Ich habe „Vigantolvit Vitamin D 3 4000 I.E hochdosiert“ im Rahmen eines Produkttestes von forme zum Ausprobieren erhalten. Da ich einen ärztlich festgestellten Vitamin D – Mangel habe, nehme ich schon länger solche Präparate ein und zwar ein höher dosiertes, dass nur 2 x monatlich einzunehmen war. Wegen dem großen Zeitabstand habe ich die pünktliche Einnahme leider öfters vergessen. Deswegen gefällt mir die regelmäßige tägliche Einnahme einer halben Tablette besser, da ich sie dann nicht vergesse. Vigantolvit Vitamin D 3 haben sind geschmacksneutral. Ich habe sie bisher auch sehr gut vertragen, Nebenwirkungen habe ich nicht bemerkt. Aus diesem Grund werde ich voraussichtlich bei diesem Präparat bleiben.

Meine Werte waren trotz Sommer und Außenaktivitäten nicht besser als im Winter - seit Einnahme von Vigantolvit normalisieren sie sich wieder. Kleine Dragees, leicht zu schlucken - passt perfekt für mich!

The tablets were provided to me by ForMe for testing purposes. I have been using the capsules for about 4 weeks and feel much fitter than before. I can therefore only recommend the tablets. I have previously had other vitamin D3 tablets. However, taking these tablets resolves the vitamin deficiency very well. I will test the tablets over a longer period of time. If I am still convinced of this, I will probably switch to this preparation.

Die Vitamin D3 Tabletten VIGANTOLVIT sind recht klein und dadurch leicht zu schlucken und außerdem sind sie vegan, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Gerade in den dunklen Monaten ist eine extra Portion Vitamin D3 toll zu haben. Durch die Einnahme von Vitamin D3 habe ich das Gefühl, nicht so oft krank zu werden und falls ich es doch mal werde, fühle ich mich nicht so schlapp. Auch fühle ich mich energetischer und fitter.

I have pretty bad vitamin D levels. I've only been taking the tablets for about a week. The next measurement will show whether my value improves. In any case, they are not that huge.

Ich durfte das Vitamin D von forme testen. Da ich oft einen Mangel habe, kann ich hiermit gute Erfolge erzielen und den Vitamin D Speicher auffüllen. Die Tabletten lassen sich einfach dosieren und einnehmen. Jetzt ist Sommer, ich bin gespannt, wie sich der Vitamin D Spiegel im Winter verhält bei Einnahme von diesem Präparat... kann ich jetzt noch nicht abschätzen.

Ich habe die Tabletten zum Testen zugeschickt bekommen und nehme sie jetzt seit 2 Wochen. Die Einnahmeempfehlung von jeden 2ten Tag eine Tablette kann leicht dazu führen dass man mal einen Tag vergisst, ansonsten ist sie von der Größe her super zum einnehmen. Nach diesen ersten 2 Wochen der Einnahme habe ich noch keine große Veränderung wahrgenommen weder positiv noch negativ, ich denke aber auch das man dass nach dieser kurzen Zeit auch nicht wirklich kann. Ich werde sie auf jeden Fall aber weiternehmen und sehen wie sie mich über den Herbst bringen.

As part of a product test with the "forme" platform, I was able to test these tablets and I can say with certainty that they absolutely influenced my mood. After about 3 days I absolutely felt it. I was/am simply in a better mood and stress bounces off me more - my calmness surprises me! This is amazingly beautiful! From my side I can only say good things. The type of intake and tolerability were also important for me. You always have a little more "work" with certain means and here it's just a matter of habit as to how the tablets should be taken. It is worth it!
