Since I have a lot of crowns and tend to have gum inflammation in places, this is absolutely essential for me. After brushing my teeth, I use the brush again with a drop of tea tree oil on it. This helps against inflammation, also as a preventive measure.

They were recommended to me by my dentist. Important with the TePe interdental brushes: You first have to find your size. Maybe it's a combination of several sizes. At TePe all sizes have different colors and there is also a mixed pack so you can find the right size for you. You can use it several times until the metal wears out. Very effective for cleaning larger spaces between teeth where dental floss reaches its limits.
