Up to 20 drops are used for 1 liter of body-warm water for washes (intermittent application, e.g., alternate with lavender oil, Lavandula Angustifolia).

Mouth and throat:
For rinsing, gurgling and mouth shower 1 drops in 150 ml of water.

Can not get into the hands of children. Recommended amount does not exceed.
