Hair complex capsules contain evening primrose oil combined with a millet and tomato extract as well as zinc and the water-soluble B vitamins B6, pantothenic acid, folic acid and biotin. Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin and hair, vitamin B6 supports the formation of cysteine and folic acid is involved in the regulated formation of amino acids. As building blocks of proteins, cysteine and amino acids are involved in the growth of hair and nails.

Folic acid is also important for cell division. In the skin, hair and nails in particular, cell division processes are constantly taking place as part of their natural renewal.

Evening primrose oil 250 mg (of which gamma-linolenic acid 21 mg), millet extract 147 mg, tomato extract 25 mg (of which lycopene 1.5 mg), zinc 3 mg, vitamin B6 3 mg, pantothenic acid 9 mg, folic acid 300 μg, biotin 225 μg.
