Field of use

• The preparation is a herbal medicine for the mucus solution and facilitating the crush.
• To improve the symptoms in the case of colds of the respiratory tract with viscous mucus and to improve the symptoms in acute bronchitis.

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be taken,
  • if you are allergic to thyme, other lamiaceen (lip bloom) or one of the other components of this medicine.

dosage

• Always take this medicine exactly as described or follow your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• The recommended dose is:
  • Adults and adolescents from the age of 12
    • Single dose: 2 teal. = 10 ml
    • Daily dose: 30 - 40 ml
  • Children 6-12 years
    • Single dose: 1 teal. = 5 ml
    • Daily dose: 15 - 20 ml
  • Children 3-6 years
    • Single dose: 1/2 teal. = 2.5 ml
    • Daily dose: 7.5 - 10 ml
  • Infants, toddlers
    • Single dose: 1/4 teal. = 1.25 ml
    • Daily dose: 3.75 - 5ml
• The single dose is taken 3-4 times a day.

 

• Duration of the application:
  • The duration of the application depends on the type, severity and the course of the disease. In any case, please note the information in the paragraph under "Special caution when taking it is necessary" in category "patient notice" and the information under category "side effects".
• Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect is too strong or too weak.

 

• If you have taken a larger amount than you should
  • Poisoning with preparations from thyme coach fluid extract have not yet become known.
  • If you take to large quantities, please notify a doctor if necessary. This can decide on any necessary measures. The side effects listed below may occur.

 

• If you have forgotten the intake
  • Do not take twice the amount if you have forgotten the prior intake, but continue with taking it as prescribed by your doctor or described in the dosage instructions.

Taking

• Shake before use. The intake can take place independently of the meals.

  • Special caution when taking it is necessary if the following conditions are available:
    • In the event of complaints that last for more than a week, or if the shortness of breath occurs, with a fever as well as in a purulent or bloody expectoration, a doctor should be consulted.

Pregnancy

  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you suspect that you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
• So far, there have been no indications of risks from the widespread use of thyme as medicinal products and food. However, there is no sufficient examinations for the use of thyme during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The application for pregnant women and during breastfeeding is therefore not recommended.
