1 Dissolve 1 serving of 20 g (about 2 - 3 tablespoons) in about 100 ml of water. Reconvit can also be dissolved in low-fat (1.5%) milk, yoghurt, kefir or thick milk. 1 - 3 portions to 20 g throughout the day. A consumption directly before meals is possible, but not required.
