Field of use

Optifree Puremoist solution (pack size: 2X300 ml) as a multifunctional disinfectant solution is suitable for all silicone hydrogel contact lenses and soft contact lenses.

Mode of action

Optifree Puremoist solution (pack size: 2X300 ml) is a sterile, buffered and aqueous solution that not only frees your lenses from deposits, but also has a cleaning, conditioning, rinsing and disinfecting effect and can also store your lenses for up to 30 days is suitable. Daily lipid and protein deposits are specifically removed and prevented by Optifree Puremoist solution (pack size: 2X300 ml).
Optifree Puremoist solution (pack size: 2X300 ml) ensures a high level of comfort for approx. 16 hours from insertion to removal of your lenses, because Optifree Puremoist solution (pack size: 2X300 ml) your lenses optimally during this time keeps moist. The HydraGlyde® Moisture Matrix in Optifree Puremoist solution (pack size: 2X300 ml) is a block polymer that initially moistens and wets your lenses. You can use any silicone hydrogel contact lenses and soft lenses.
The disinfecting active ingredients POLYQUAD® and ALDOX® actively combat and eliminate most dangerous microorganisms, so that you can avoid eye infections and fungal diseases. Your lenses will remain fresh and clean during this time.

1 Solution of Optifree Puremoist solution (pack size: 2X300 ml) contains:

Sodium citrate, sodium chloride, boric acid, aminomethylpropanol, sorbitol, disodium EDTA, two wetting agents (TETRONIC® 1304† and HydraGlyde® Moisture Matrix [EOBO-41™- Polyoxyethylenpolyoxybutylen]), as well as POLYQUAD® (polyquaternium-1) 0.001% and ALDOX® (myristamidopropyldimethylamine ) 0.0006% as a preservative

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, the product should not be used.

dosage

Recommended use of Optifree Puremoist solution (pack size: 2X300 ml):

You should wash and dry your hands before touching your contact lenses.
Clean your lenses after taking them out. Then always care for the same lens (the right or the left) first to avoid mixing up.
Cleaning the lenses:
Thoroughly wet both sides with Optifree Puremoist solution (pack size: 2X300 ml) and rub in for 20 seconds. Then rinse the lenses with Optifree Puremoist solution (pack size: 2X300 ml) in a steady stream for about 10 seconds.
At the end of the cleaning process, empty the lens container after each use and rinse it with Optifree Puremoist solution (pack size: 2X300 ml). Now it can air dry.
If you want to store your lenses overnight, fill your container with Optifree Puremoist solution (pack size: 2X300 ml) and leave your lenses in the closed lens container for at least 6 hours. Your lenses will then be wearable again.
To remove any residue before inserting the lenses, you should rinse them thoroughly with Optifree Puremoist solution (pack size: 2X300 ml).
If you store your lenses in the unopened lens case, they will be ready to wear for up to 30 days. If you store your lenses for longer, you must clean and disinfect them with fresh Optifree Puremoist solution (pack size: 2X300 ml) every thirty days and before wearing.
Always follow your contact lens practitioner’s instructions. Do not change the care procedure for your lenses without first consulting your contact lens practitioner.

Tip:
Always use fresh Optifree Puremoist solution (pack size: 2X300 ml). Never reuse the solution in your lens case.

Hints

Not suitable for heat disinfection.
It is important that you follow your contact lens practitioner's instructions and package instructions on how to properly care for your lenses and use lens care products, including your lens case. If you experience persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes, or eye redness, remove your contact lenses SOFORT from your eye. Visit your contact lens fitter. Otherwise the symptoms could worsen.
