Nu-Derm is a sterile hydrocolloid association for use with weak to moderately exudient wounds for creating and maintaining a healing-promoting damp woundmilieus. The product family consists of three different variants that differ in shape and size. All associations are waterproof and can be left on the wound during showering.

Nu-derm border
is cuddly and suitable for weak to moderately exudient wounds. The cover layer consists of a semipermeable low-friction polyurethane film, the corners and edges are rounded off, the hafer edge itself is the continuation of the skin-friendly adhesive hydrocolloid.

Mode of action:
Nu-Derm Hydrocolloid wound associations obtain a humid wound healing milieu for promoting the autolytic debridement and thus enable the granulation process to extend under optimal conditions. Nu-Derm Hydrocolloid has been designed to protect wounds with low infection risk against bacterial contamination*.

*Ask a doctor before using Nu-Derm Hydrocolloid wound associations for lesions caused by tuberculosis, syphilis, deep fungal infections or tumors as well as wounds that are highly infected with wounds.

Indications:
Nu-Derm Border and Nu-Derm Standard are primarily suitable for the management of weak to moderately exudient decooling and legulzera. Nu-Derm Thin is primarily displayed for the management of superficial and dry to weakly exudient wounds, postoperative wounds, superficial wounds and abrasions; In addition, Nu-Derm Thin is suitable for small wounds towards the end of the healing phase.
