I can only recommend these drops! For me, 12-14 drops are enough. But only take this if it is urgently needed (no bowel movements for 3 days, very strong feeling of fullness, etc.). The onset of effect was always between 10-12 hours! Take it if necessary in the evening between 8-10 p.m.
