I can only recommend these drops! For me, 12-14 drops are enough. However, take this only if it is urgently required. (3 days do not stool, very strong fullness, etc.. The occurrence of effect was always between 10-12 hours.

I have been taking the product once a week for a long time.
I noticed that the effect is unfortunately slowly becoming weaker. I had to increase the dose slowly to achieve the desired effect.
But it still helps me a lot.
