Dr. Theiss Melatonin sleep spray is a dietary supplement with melatonin and passion flower extract, with sweeteners. A relaxing and sufficient sleep is important for our well -being and our performance. For a few days with problems falling asleep, our body and our mental fitness load. Recommended consumption of Dr.Theiss sleep spray (pack size: 30 ml):

To shorten the sleep time: spray sprays directly into the mouth about 30 minutes before going to bed. (2 sprays = 1 mg melatonin). The positive effect occurs when 1 mg melatonin is recorded shortly before going to bed.
In the event of Jetlag: 1 spray in the mouth before going to bed. The positive effect occurs when at least 0.5 mg of melatonin (= 1 spray) are recorded on the first day of travel shortly before going to bed and on the first days after arrival at the destination.
