Arthrosis, and what you can do about it

This means changes in the joint through which the bone surface, due to over or incorrect load, becomes harder and rough after the cartilage loss. This irritates tendons and ligaments, which triggers pain. Osteoarthritis develops differently - but in any case, the mobility and quality of life can significantly restrict.
Unfortunately, arthrosis is not curable. But at an early stage, Dona® can effectively counter a further deterioration The effect: The mobility of the knee joints can be maintained with the regular intake of Dona® and the pain is relieved.

The active ingredient crystalline glucosamin hemisulfate belongs to the group of NSAID (non -steroidal anti -inflammatory anti -inflammatory drugs) and anti -inflammatory (anti -inflammatory drugs) medicines and is particularly stable in its formulation. By enriching the glucosamin, which is naturally occurring in the body, further loss of the cartilage can reduce and the regeneration of the cartilage tissue can be promoted. Since the active ingredient through food is rarely absorbed, glucosamin hemisulfate is a sensible Supplement to the daily diet. The effectiveness and tolerance was also confirmed in long -term studies. Glucosamin hemisulfate is available in tablet form, but also as a powder for the production of a solution.
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, adults take 1500 mg Dona® every day. A bag of Dona® 1500 mg of powder is dissolved in a glass of liquid drunk a meal. Dona® tablets, distributed over several individual doses a day, can be taken with a glass of liquid with meals. If However, the symptoms aggravate, or no improvement occurs after 2 - 3 months, a doctor should be consulted.
Just don't burden?
The earlier recommendations to protect the knee joints in pain has long been outdated: stabilized well -trained muscles and protect the joints. In addition, regular movement ensures that the articular cartilage is supplied with nutrients. Therefore, on the one hand, special practiceen, which the physiotherapist can suggest, crucial for the positive development The knee scattering. On the other hand, knee -saving endurance sports (such as Nordic Walking or Cycling) - but also mindful movement patterns (e.g. Tai Chi, Chi Gong) have a positive effect on the joints. Also preventive. Supporting, Dona® can supply the damaged cartilage with glucosamintheminisulfate and thus delay the course of the knee osteoarthritis, and permanently relieve the symptoms caused by arthrosis.
What else you can do
If you want to do your knees good, you should pay attention to your weight. One of the main risk factors for osteoarthritis is overweight. A look at the scales shows whether the weight in need of optimization. Movement - and above all diet - can give the body positive impulses. A full-fledged, low-fat and calorie, but vitamin and fiber-rich diet helps to keep the kilos within limits. Since today natural glucosamine suppliers (foods with high cartilage or connective tissue content) are very rare on the menu, the permanent intake of Dona® as a tablet or in the form of powder to produce a solution can be the glucosamine intake, and thus also The knee scattering, significantly improve.
Athletes also have “knees”"
Younger and sporty people are also affected by knee pain. Here the reason is more wrong Shoots, a malposition (such as X legs) or in an exaggerated zeal for training. That can too Change osteoarthritis, tendon irritation and pain. If the pain when walking stairs occurs behind the kneecap On, the tendons that attach to the kneecap are usually overloaded. For pain on the Knee outside is often the so -called runner knee (overuse of an outside tendon plate). There are similar reasons for pain on the knee side. Pain in the back of the knee is rather rare. A meniscus injury is usually based here. With longer -lasting knee pain, the specialist should be consulted for diagnostic protection.
