I agree with my previous speaker: The pain pavement helps very well with back pain, even sometimes for my tension neck pain, but you actually have to stick it to the sides with pavement or tape because it dissolves on the edges when moving. Then it holds very well. I halved it for my painful shoulders in the past, but the effect was not so good, it was only half the amount of active ingredient, so to speak. In any case, I always have several plasters in the house now because I always have pain somewhere (fibromyalgia) and because you sometimes bump or bump. And on vacation I always have a pack with me. It would also be important to mention that strangely the plasters from this brand help me, and the plasters with the red packaging are not that. Although the same active ingredient is in it. (Maybe it's the menthol that is still included here?!)

The pavement has found use on my back and neck for me. It looks good and is very soft and cuddly. Unfortunately, you have to fix it on the sides with a little sports tape or similar if you move a lot. One advantage of the pavement is that you can cut it or halve it. It helps me a lot and so I am satisfied.
