Field of use

• This cream is a creme (antifungal) acting against mushrooms for use on the skin and for use on the skin of the outer female genital area.
• The medicine is used for mushroom infections (mycoses) of the skin and the outer female genital area (Candida vulvitis).

Contradictions

• The medicine must not be used,
  • if you are allergic to clotrimazole or one of the other components of this medicine
  • during breastfeeding in the chest area.

dosage

• Always apply this medicine as described or exactly after the agreement made with your doctor or pharmacist. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• The cream is applied thinly to the diseased skin 2 to 3 times a day.
• An approximately 0.5 cm long cream rank is usually sufficient for an approximately handmade area.

• Duration of the application
  • The duration of treatment is different and depends, among other things, on the extent and location of the disease (see below). However, if there is no improvement in the symptoms within 3 days, contact your doctor.
  • In order to achieve a complete healing, the treatment should not be canceled after the acute inflammatory symptoms or subjective symptoms have subsided, but continued for about 2 weeks.
  • In the case of mushroom infections of the skin
    • The average treatment period is 2-4 weeks.
  • For fungal infections in the outer genital area of the woman:
    • The average treatment period is 1-2 weeks.

• If you have used a larger amount than you should
  • No side effects can be expected when using a larger amount of cream.
  • Continue the treatment with the normal amount next time.

• If you have forgotten the application
  • Do not apply twice the amount if you have forgotten the previous application.
  • Continue the treatment with the usual quantity the next time.

• If you cancel the application
  • Discuss the further procedure with your doctor or pharmacist, otherwise the success of the treatment may be at risk.

Taking

• The medicine is a cream for use on the skin and for use on the skin of the outer female genital area.
• Apply a small amount to the diseased skin areas and rub the cream into the skin.
• In the case of a fungal infection of the outer female genital area (Candida vulvitis), the cream must be applied thinly on the labia and on the skin of the adjacent areas up to an anus.

  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using the medicine.
  • If the cream and latex product are used at the same timeen (e.g. condoms, diaphagmas) can occur due to the auxiliary substances (in particular stearates) to reduce functionality and thus to impair the safety of these products for the duration of the use of the cream.
  • Children and adolescents

Pregnancy
