Field of use

ASS ABTRECT 100MG (package size: 50 pc) are used as part of standard therapy for the therapeutic treatment of an acute myocardial infarction (heart attack) and to prevent another myocardial infarction.

ASSABTRECT 100MG (pack size: 50 pc) are also used as part of standard therapy to treat unstable angina pectoris. Furthermore, the use of the preparation for the prevention of a brain infarction and from transistorically ischemic attacks (TIA), after precursor stages have occurred, and indexed by arterial vascular surgical or interventional interventions.

Mode of action

Contradictions

ASSBREFTECT 100MG (pack size: 50 pcs) should not be used at:

• known hypersensitivity to one of the above -mentioned ingredients
• acute stomach and intestinal ulcers
• pathologically increased bleeding tendency
• Liver and kidney failure
• heavy, non -set cardiac muscle weakness
• allergic reactions and asthma attacks occurred in the past when taking salicylates or other non -steroidal inflammatory inhibitors
• in combination with methotrexate 15 mg or more per week

Special caution and a medical control of the application of the drug is required at:

• Hypersensitivity to other inflammatory inhibitors/anti -rheumatics or other allergens
• existing allergies, asthma, hay fever, nasal mucosal swelling, chronic respiratory diseases
• simultaneous therapy with coagulation inhibitors
• Gastric or intestinal ulcers or gastric, intestinal bleeding in the past
• Oxalate urolithiasis
• Iron storage diseases
• restricted liver and kidney function
• Patients with brain bleeding
• Patients with gout
• before operations

The application of ASBEB ABS ABSTECT 100MG (pack size: 50 pc) during pregnancy and lactation, as well as in children under 12 years and in children and adolescents with feverish disease symptoms is contra -induced.

Dosage

ASS ABF PROTECT 100MG (pack size: 50 pc) should be taken exactly according to the instructions of a doctor. The following doses are recommended:

• with unstable angina pectoris (heartache due to circulatory disorders in the coronary arteries): 1 tablet daily,
• in the case of acute heart attack: 1 tablet daily (1st tablet torn),
• to prevent another heart attack: 3 tablets daily,
• after operations or other interventions on arterial blood vessels: 1 tablet daily,
• to prevent temporary defect in deficiency in the brain (TIA) and brain infarcts after precursor stages occurred: 1 tablet a day.

The gastric -resistant tablets are to be taken with plenty of liquid (water) before a meal. To treat an acute heart attack, the first tablet should be tapped. ASS ABF PROTECT 100MG (pack size: 50 pc) are intended for long -term use according to the instruction of a doctor.

Taking

• Please take the tablets with plenty of water at least 30 minutes before the meal.
• For treatment in the event of acute heart attack, the 1st tablet should be torn down or chewed.

• Warnings and Precautions
  • Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking the preparation,
    • in the case of hypersensitivity (allergy) against other pain and inflammatory medicines, other medicines against rheumatism or other allergy trigger substances
    • if taking non -steroidal inflammatory inhibitors, such as ibuprofen and naproxen (medicinal products for pain, fever or inflammation)
    • if other allergies exist (e.g. B. with skin reactions, itching, nettle fever)
    • in asthma bronchial, hay fever, nasal mucus swelling (nasal polyps), chronic respiratory diseases
    • if treated with anticoagulant medicines (e.g. Cumarinderivates, heparin - with the exception of low -dose heparin treatment)
    • in the case of gastric and intestinal ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding in the history
    • with limited liver function
    • if the kidney function or reduced heart and vascular blood flow (e.g. vascular disease of the kidneys, heart muscle weakness, reduction in blood volume, larger operations, blood poisoning or greater bleeding):
      • Acetylsalicylic acid can further increase the risk of kidney dysfunction and acute kidney failure.
    • before operations (even with smaller interventions, such as pulling a tooth): there can be an increased tendency to bleed. Please inform your doctor or dentist if you have taken the preparation.
    • in patients with severe glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenic defect: acetylsalicylic acid can accelerate or decay the red blood cells or a certain form of anemia.
    • This risk can be increased by factors such as high doses, fever or acute infections.
  • What else do you need to look out for?
    • Acetylsalicylic acid reduces uric acid excretion in low doses. In the case of correspondingly endangered patients, this may trigger a gout attack.
    • If you cut or injure yourself, it may take a little longer than usual until bleeding comes to a standstill. This is related to the effect of the preparation. Smaller cuts and injuries (e.g. when shaving) are usually irrelevant. With unusual bleeding (in an unusual place or an unusual duration), contact your doctor.
    • Acetylsalicylic acid-containing medicines should not be used for a long time or in higher doses without questioning the doctor.
  • Children and adolescents
    • In children and adolescents with febrile illnesses, the medicine should only be applied to medical instructions and only applied if other measures do not work. If these diseases occur too long vomiting, this can be a ZEIChen of Reye syndrome, a very rare but life-threatening illness that is absolutely necessary for immediate medical treatment.

Pregnancy

• Pregnancy
  • In the first and second thirds of pregnancy, you may only take the preparation on the order of your doctor. In the last three months of pregnancy, you may not take acetylsalicylic acid, the active ingredient of the preparation, due to an increased risk of complications for mother and child before and during birth in a dosage of more than 150 mg per day. Acetylsalicylic acid up to 150 mg per day can only be used in the last third of the pregnancy by ordering your doctor.
• Breastfeeding
  • The active ingredient acetylsalicylic acid and its breakdown products pass into breast milk in small quantities. Since adverse consequences for the infant have not yet become known, an interruption of breastfeeding will generally not be necessary when using a daily dose of up to 150 mg. If higher doses (over 150 mg daily dose), should be quenched.
