The vitamin B12 active tablets have a concentration of 1,000 µg and are vegan. Due to this high dosage, I would advise against taking it daily, as it clearly covers the normal requirement many times over. There are around 90 tables included, which are a pleasant size and therefore relatively easy to swallow with little liquid. There are warnings about the risk of suffocation and the unsuitability for children and pregnant women.
