Vitamin B12 drops to reduce fatigue
The vitamin B12 drops consist of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin in proportion 80:20, the two most bioactive forms of cobalamin. In nature, vitamin B12 occurs almost exclusively in animal foods in such a way that the daily requirement is covered. A vegetarian or vegan Diet can therefore lead to a vitamin B12 deficiency in the long term.
- High-dose vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin) in liquid form.
- 500 μg of vitamin B12 in active form per daily dose (5 drops).
- In addition to the naturally red colored vitamin B12 there is only purified water and Vegetable glycerine (for durability) in the preparation.

I was looking for a product that contains both bioactive formulas of cobalamin, namely methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. The ratio is a perfect 80:20.
other companies often use alcohol as a base. Not this one, vegetable glycerin was used.
