The product is advertised as a 3-month treatment, which I can double by taking it every 2 days. So I'm well taken care of for the next six months and the price/performance ratio is very good. Swallowing the small tablets with a little water also works well. I am completely satisfied.

The 90 capsules come in packaging that is easy to transport. It is recommended to take one capsule daily. I take the dietary supplement every two days to preventatively support cellular respiration (iron required). The capsules are easy to swallow with water.

Iron is important for general well-being and essential for proper heart function. My heartbeat became irregular. A blood test showed that my iron level was too low (due to an illness), so I take this iron supplement as a dietary supplement. After a few weeks, my heart rhythm actually regulated and I was no longer so tired. The next blood test will show whether I was able to replenish my iron levels.

Since I live a vegetarian life, I supplement with a few additional vitamins and trace elements.
Iron is part of it.
Iron is mainly found in meat, which I don't eat.
Iron is responsible for oxygen transport.
An iron deficiency affects nails, hair, skin and muscles.
Iron binds oxygen to red blood cells and is responsible for cell division.
Iron deficiency can cause paleness and fatigue, while an overdose can cause nausea and bleeding.
I find quality particularly important when it comes to such supplements and I only buy such preparations from the pharmacy!
