With the tablets you can easily cover 75% of your daily calcium requirement. The combination with vitamin D is also practical, especially in winter. The tablets are not too big, easy to swallow and quite tasteless.

It really only contains calcium with some vitamin D3 bound in the filler for better absorption. No unnecessary flavors or anything like that. Pleasant size to swallow with a barely perceptible taste.
