Use / application / consumption recommendation:
We recommend:

• three meals daily, two of them of vita magazine and a meal with normal food.
• Meal breaks of at least 4-5 hours.
• No snacks, allowed are small fruit portions.
• During the diet, sufficient fluid intake should be ensured: daily 2-3 liters of mineral water, unsweetened tea or calorie-free drinks.

Instructions for use:
For each portion 18 g - corresponds to 2 painted measuring spoons (located in the can) with 300 ml of low fat milk (alternatively: buttermilk or kefir, 300 g yogurt or lean quark with max. 1.5% fat) or prepare in the mixing cup and consume it immediately. Tip: Cupigiously creamy and quickly the drink can be prepared with a milk frother or a shaker. For the variation, cocoa, a shot of coffee or fruits can be stirred with.
