Instruction of dosage and kind of usage:
Unless otherwise prescribed: to 1): 5 days before the menses starting 3x daily 20 drops, increase up to 3x tgl. 30 Drops.
On the day before the menses 4x 30 drops in some liquid.
To 2): 3x daily 15 drops.
