The sovita B complex premium tablets provide eight essential B vitamins in significantly increased doses - ideal for people who want to specifically support their supply of vital substances in demanding phases of life.This combination was developed to target where the body needs support.

B vitamins are involved in many metabolic processes, particularly in the areas of nerve function, blood formation and energy production.The premium formula offers, among other things, 2000% vitamin B12, 500% pantothenic acid and 300% biotin per tablet - high doses but balanced.

One tablet contains
Vitamin B1 4 mg, Vitamin B2 4 mg, Vitamin B6 4 mg, Vitamin B12 50 μg, Niacin 30 mg, Pantothenic acid 30 mg, Folic acid 400 μg, Biotin 150 μg.
