For use in adults
Active substance: Mari-thistle fruits dry extract 177.4-240.4 mg / Hard capsule

1. What is Silicur for the liver and what is it used for?

Silicur for the liver is a herbal medicine in liver diseases.

For supportive treatment in chronic inflammatory liver diseases, liver cirrhosis and toxic (caused by Lebergifte) liver damage. The medicament is not intended for the treatment of acute poisoning.

2. What do you need to consider before taking silicur for the liver?

Silicur for the liver must not be taken,

• if you are hypersensitive (allergic) against mari-thistle fruits and / or other basket leaves as well as one of the other ingredients
• if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Special care when taking silicur for the liver is required

• If you suffer from jaundice (light to dark yellow skin dyeing, yellow coloring of the eye white), you must consult a doctor.
• Treatment with silicur for the liver is only useful if you avoid the liver damage causes (eg alcohol).

Children and adolescents
Children and adolescents under the age of 18 should not take silicur for the liver because data for safety and effectiveness are missing for these patient groups.

When taking silicur for the liver with other medicines
