The SEA band acupressure bands are worn below both wrists. The plastic knob attached to the inside exerts a light, carefully controlled pressure on the Nei-Kuan acupressure point and thus prevents or eliminates the different types of nausea. Since this acupressure point is assigned a high efficacy, the effect usually occurs within 2 to 5 minutes and retain as long as the bands are worn.

The SEA band acupressure bands are applied to:

So apply SEA band acupressure bands correctly:

1. Place the middle three fingers on the inside of your wrist, the edge of the ring finger lying next to the first hinge fold. The Nei-Kaun point is located under your pointer finger, between the two middle tendons.
2. Align the button down to the Nei-Kuan point. Repeat the process for the other wrist.

To ensure efficacy, a band must be worn on each wrist.
Sea bands can be raised before departure or after the departure.
