Application:
For a flexible supply of vitamin D3 - sensibly combined with vitamin K2.
The special thing about proSan vitamin D3+K2 oil is the combination with vitamin K2. As a dietary supplement, high-dose vitamin D3 should always be taken together with vitamin K2 otherwise there may be health risks.
The form MK-7 menaquinone from natto used in proSan Vitamin D3+K2 oil is obtained from plant sources using natural methods (fermentation) and has an effective all-trans content of 99%. Compared to other forms of K2, this K2 can be better absorbed and utilized by the body and is active for longer.
(Note: Vitamin K2 products 100% all-trans products are always synthetic K2 forms).
Vitamin D and vitamin K are fat-soluble vitamins. Both therefore need fat/OIL as a transport medium - only then can the body use and utilize them. proSan Vitamin D3+K2 oil contains liquid D3 or K2 with a very high bioavailability on an oil basis — for easy ingestion bound in organic olive oil.

More than half of all people in Germany have a vitamin D deficiency. 80 - 95% of the requirement is formed in the skin - but only under the influence of the sun. In our latitudes, an adequate supply is practically only possible in summer, since the sun is too low in the months from October to March and the UV radiation is therefore too low. A supply through food is more than difficult, since only very few foods (oil sardines, herring, eggs) contain significant amounts of vitamin D.

Consumption recommendation:
