1. Vitamin K2 Long-term administration of vitamin K2 MK-7 can improve arterial vascular stiffness. Vitamin K2 carboxylates (activates) the proteins osteocalcin and MGP, which bind calcium in the vessels and can thus protect our arteries from calcium overload.
