Preparation: for an isotonic drink 50g (about 5 tablespoons) with Mix 750ml of water. Higher dosage for more energy, 50g with Mix 500ml of water (hypertonic drink). General fluid supply recommendation for activities >60 minutes: 200 - Drink 300ml in the hour before the sport. During the sports all Drink 15 minutes 150 - 200ml.
