1. What is Pasconeural Injectopas® 2% 2 ml and what is it used for?

Pasconeural Injektopas® 2% 2 ml is a medicine for local anesthesia (local anesthetics of ester type). Pasconeural Injectopas® 2% 2 ml is used in the context of neural therapeutic application principles.

2. What should you be 2% before using Pasconeural® Injectopas Note 2 ml?

Pasconeural Injectopas® 2% 2 ml must not be used:
  • if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to procain, ester type local anesthetics, sulfonamides (certain group of antibiotics), benzoic acid (parabenses) or any other ingredients of Pasconeural Injectopas® 2% 2 ml
  • with known lack of a specific body's own substance (Pseudocholine esterase) with the sequence of a significantly slowing down degradation of procain
  • for injection in strikers (arteries), into the environment of the outer shell of the central nervous system (epidural) or in the spinal channel (spinal).

Warnings and Precautions:
if you are at one
  • certain form of muscle weakness (myasthenia gravis)
  • Disruption of the heart irritation system
  • Heart muscle weakness or
  • the injection should be made in an inflamed area.

Prior to the use of Pasconeural Injectopas®, the use of Pasconeural Injektopas® 2% 2 ml is generally paying attention to a good filling of the circulation, make a careful circulation monitoring and have all measures to ventilate, therapy of convulsive accidents and revival. 3. How to apply Pasconeural Injectopas® 2% 2 ml?

Always use Pasconeural Injectopas® 2% 2 ml exactly as directed in this leaflet, please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Pasconeural Injectopas' 2% 2 ml is generally applied by a doctor. Please ask your doctor if you are not quite clear about the application. Basically, only the smallest dose may be administered with which the desired sufficient nerve block is achieved. The dosage must be made individually according to the peculiarities of the individual case.

Unless otherwise applied by the doctor:
Adults and adolescents from 15 years with an average body size: Skinquaddling: per quaddle up to 10 Mg corresponding to 0.5 ml of pasconeural injectopas' ^ 2% 2 ml. The recommended maximum dose at snot application in tissues from which a fast recording of medicines is made is 500 Mg Procaine (corresponding to 25 ml of pasconeural injectopas' 2% 2 ml). When used in the head, neck and genital area, the recommended one-to-date maximum dose is 200 mg procainer (within 2 Hours . In patients with certain pre-existing conditions (Vascular closures, vascular associations and constrictions (Arteriosclerosis) or nerve damage in diabetes) is also the dose to reduce one third. With restricted liver or renal function, increased plasma levels can occur, especially when used repeated application. In these cases, a lower dose range is also recommended.

Please talk to your doctor if you have the impression that the effect of Pasconeural LNJetsOpas® 2% 2 ml is too strong or too weak.

Type of application:
Pasconeural Injectopas® 2% 2 ml is in the skin (intracutaneous) Injected.
Pasconeural Injectopas® 2% 2 ml Sollie only injected by persons with appropriate knowledge to successfully implement the respective application. Basically, in the case of continuous use, only low concentrated solutions are applied by procain. A repeated application of this medicine may result in reversible efficiencies due to tachyphylaxis (rapid tolerance development over the medicament). The injection solution is intended for single removal only. The application must be done immediately after opening the container. Unused remains are to be discarded.

Duration of application:
The duration of the application is not limited in principle, but observe the information under application areas. If you have used a larger amount of Pasconeural Injektopas® 2% 2 ml than you should, must be informed immediately of the attending physician.
a) Symptoms of overdose: Pasconeural Injectopas® 2% 2 ml acts in low damaging dosages as stimulants at the central nervous system, in contrast to high damaging dose areas. The Procainhydrochloride poisoning runs in 2 Phases: They become restless, complain about dizziness, acoustic and visual disturbances as well as tingling, especially on tongue and lip area. If you forget the application of Pasconeural® Injectopas® 2% 2 ml:
Do not apply twice the dose if you forget the previous application.

If you cancel the application of Pasconeural® Injectopas 2% 2 ml:
Treatment with Pasconeural® Injectopas0 2% 2 ml can be aborted at any time.

4. Which side effects are Möglch?

Like all medicines, Pasconeural Injektopas® can have 2% 2 ml side effects, but they do not have to occur each other. The frequency information on side effects is based on the following categories: Possible side effects: Whon They are affected by one of the subsequent side effects, do not apply Pasconeural Injectopas® 2% 2 ml and look for your doctor as soon as possible. Old people:

Application of Pasconeural Injectopas 2% 2 ml together with other medicines: Please inform your doctor or apcheker if you take / use other medicines or recently taken, even if it is non-prescription medicines.   • Reduction of effectiveness of certain antibiotics (Sulfonamide).

Procain should not work together with certain resources to stimulate a part of the vegetative nervous system (Choline esterase inhibitors) are used. Among other things, the influence on procain degradation leads to an increase in the toxicity of procain. By adding small atropin quantities, an extension of the pain-switching effect is possible. Physostigmin (S.O.) can have a preventive effect against toxic procain effects in low doses.

Main chemical incompatibilities:
Procain should not be mixed with other medicines as a change in pH or electrostic cyf concentration can lead to the precipitation of the active ingredient.

Application of Pasconeural Injectopas® 2% 2 ml together with food and beverages:
No mutual impairment to be expected, as it is a solution for injection, i.e., bypassing the gastrointestinal tract is applied.

Pregnancy and breast feeding period:
Pregnancy:
Let Pasconeural Injectopas1 2% 2 ml in pregnancy only apply if your doctor is necessarily required.

Latving:
Procainhydrochloride passes into breast milk. In case of short-term use, however, interruption of breastfeeding will not be required. Is a repeated treatment or a treatment with higher doses required, you should desele.

Driving and ability to operate machines:

Oriental allergies and allergy-like reactions in the form of skin inflammation with skin extraction, itching up to blistering can occur when contact with ester local anesthetics such as Pasconeural Injectopas® 2% 2 ml. 5. How to keep Pasconeural Injektopas® 2% 2 ml?

The active ingredient is: Procainhydrochloride. 1 ml injection solution contains 20 mg of process hydrochloride.

The other ingredients are:
Sodium chloride, citric acid monohydrate, sodium hydroxide, water for injection purposes.

Like Pasconeural Injektopas® 2% 2 ml looks and content of the pack: the brown laspoules contain a clear solution. Pasconeural Injectopas® 2% 2 ml is packed with 10 ampoules 2 ml as well as clinic packs with 100 ampoules and 1,000 ampoules to 2 ML injection solution available. Not all pack sizes may be placed on the market.
