Since I tend to have high blood pressure, I use the pan salt to season when frying and cooking. I don't taste any difference to traditional salt, it's just less stressful for high blood pressure patients. I think pan salt is a good alternative to not put any further strain on your blood pressure.

Very good for improving your drinking water, as otherwise it is just empty water that the body wants to get rid of quickly. We can only recommend the electrolytes. 1/2 teaspoon per liter in the filtered tap water. (Please use a high-quality filter to prevent germs. We have the Alb DUO filter and are very satisfied)
