Since I'm prone to high blood pressure, I use Pansalz (a type of salt) for seasoning when frying and cooking.I can't taste any difference compared to regular salt; it's simply less taxing on blood pressure for people with hypertension.I find Pansalz to be a good alternative to avoid further stressing blood pressure.

Excellent for enriching your drinking water, as otherwise it's just empty water that the body quickly wants to get rid of.We highly recommend these electrolytes.Add 1/2 teaspoon per liter to filtered tap water.(Please use a high-quality filter to prevent bacterial growth. We have the Alb DUO filter and are very satisfied.)
