Of course, it is not as effective as a nasal spray to reduce swelling, but: it moisturizes the nasal mucous membranes excellently and the eucalyptus content creates a fresh feeling in the nose! If I try to get used to it again after abusing a nasal spray for a long time, only one nostril gets the swelling and the other nostril gets this sea water spray for about ten days then one nostril is weaned and then I do the same with the other one.- My doctor advised me at the time because I suffer from a lot of colds.

Naturally helps with mild or chronic colds, minor allergies and sinus infections. We have no side effects whatsoever. We have only been using this spray for years. Caution: If you have very severe allergies and sinus infections, it probably won't do much good.

Nasal spray without the risk of addiction! Since I quickly tend to become "dependent" when I use standard nasal sprays when I have a cold, I was looking for an alternative that had a natural decongestant effect and didn't involve a vicious cycle! This nasal spray works great! Sure, the decongestant effect takes a while to fully develop, but the mucous membrane doesn't swell excessively afterwards, as with usual sprays. The eucalyptus oil allows you to breathe deeply and your nose is also cared for. I am very pleased!
