Osvalin® combination pack
Hydrolyzed Colloidal Silica 15% plus Magnesium C315
Osvalin is a useful supplement but not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
1 ml Osvalin corresponds to 150 mg colloidal silicon dioxide.
High-dose magnesium citrate combined with vitamin C, magnesium C 315, supports the absorption of colloidally dissolved silicon dioxide and contributes to the maintenance of normal, healthy bones and teeth and muscle function. Magnesium has a function in cell division.
Consumption recommendation:
Take 1 ml Osvalin® per 25 kg body weight in a glass of water (150 ml) on an empty stomach once a day before breakfast. It is recommended to take it at least 30 minutes before the breakfast. Mix the contents of one sachet of Magnesium C 315 in a glass of water (150 ml) at noon or in the evening and drink it every 2 days. Do not take Osvalin and Magnesium C 315 together. It is recommended to wait at least 3 hours after taking Osvalin before taking Magnesium C 315.
The specified, recommended consumption quantities must not be exceeded.

Hello, I took Osvalin on the recommendation of my physiotherapist because I was having more and more pain in my left knee and shoulder after exercising in the evening. After 3-4 weeks of taking it, my pain was completely gone and forgotten!
