Application

Suitable for adults aged 18 and over.

The recommended dose is: 1 drop twice daily, instilled in the affected eye or eyes in the morning and evening.Do not use more medicine or use it more often than recommended.

For contact lens wearers: use in the morning 15 minutes before insertion and in the evening after removal.

Stop using this medicine if no improvement or worsening of symptoms is observed within 48 hours.In this case, contact your doctor.

Notes

Contains benzalkonium chloride and phosphates.

Optilegra® must not be used:

• if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to olopatadine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
• You should not use Optilegra® while breastfeeding
• in children and young people under 18 years of age

Please do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the pack or outer packaging.The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, the product should not be used.

Recommended use of Optilegra eye drops:

1 drop per affected eye twice daily.Suitable for contact lens wearers: use in the morning 15 minutes before insertion and in the evening after removal.

Warnings and precautions

Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using the medicine.

Several other medical conditions can cause signs and symptoms of red eye, such as:B. viral or bacterial infections or other types of hypersensitivity reactions.In such cases, olopatadine may not be effective in relieving symptoms
alleviate.

Stop using this medicine if no improvement or worsening of symptoms is observed within 48 hours.In this case, contact your doctor immediately.

Before using the medicine, you should remove contact lenses from your eyes.

Children

The medicine must not be used in pediatric patients.

 

Ability to drive and use machines

Shortly after instilling the eye drops, you may experience slight blurred vision.

Therefore, you should not drive or use machines until this has subsided.

Pregnancy

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine.
