Instructions for use for OPTIFAST Bar Chocolate, 6X70 g

OPTIFAST chocolate bar
Meal replacement for a weight control diet.

The bars only fulfill the intended purpose as part of a low-calorie diet, other foods must be part of this diet. Make sure you drink enough fluids. Suitable for adults. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Suitability for young people only after consultation with the attending physician. It is important to have a balanced and varied diet as part of an active and healthy lifestyle. Store cool and dry.

Dosage and application:
Replace one or two main meals with one OPTIFAST® bar each day (1 bar = 1 main meal). Drink 1-2 glasses of water with each bar.

Ingredients:
Milk protein (whey protein isolate, calcium caseinate), humectant (sorbitol, glycerin), whole milk chocolate (14.5%) [Zucker, Kakaobutter, Vollmilchpulver, Kakaomasse, Emulgator (Sojalecithin), natürliches Vanillearoma], fiber (polydextrose), minerals (potassium citrate, calcium carbonate, sodium citrate, sodium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium phosphate, calcium phosphate, copper sulfate, Ferrous pyrophosphate, potassium iodate, sodium selenate, zinc oxide, manganese sulfate), low-fat cocoa powder (5%), vegetable oils (rapeseed, safflower), fructose syrup, soy protein isolate, flavoring, glucose syrup, vitamins (C, E, niacin, A, pantothenic acid, biotin, B12, Folic Acid, D, B6, Riboflavin, K, Thiamine), Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin). Very practical and delicious!!! A little expensive at over 2 euros per bar, but I still like to eat them in stressful times when I don't always manage to cook something to eat several times a day.
