OMEGA 3 capsules are a good addition to your daily vitamin intake. The fatty acid in capsule form is quite pleasant, I took it with plenty of liquid. I think that you have to take the capsules for a long time to notice an effect. Otherwise, if you have any doubts, ask your doctor...
