Composition:
High and low viscosity Dimeticon, medium-chain triglycerides, Jojobawachs

Application areas:
NYDA® Plus is used for physical treatment of the head hair at infestation with headlocks (pediculosis capitis). When using NYDA® Plus as intended, not only the adult lice, but also the youth stages (larvae) and the eggs (nits) are killed the headflower.

Active principle:
Nyda® Plus quickly penetrates all branches of the breathing system of the lice and larvae as well as in the eggs and displaces the oxygen there. This leads to their suffocation.

Contraindications:
NYDA® PLUS must not be used in the case of known hypersensitivity to ingredients. When any allergic skin reactions occur, NYDA® Plus should be discontinued immediately. Due to lack of experience Nyda® Plus should not be used in pregnancy and lactation and children under 2 years.

Warnings:
Nyda® Plus is only determined for the external application! When using NYDA® Plus, you should make sure that the solution does not come into contact with the eyes or mucous membranes of mouth and nose. For accidental eye contact, flush 1015 minutes with plenty of water. For persistent irritation, please contact your doctor or pharmacist. Avoid inhaling Nyda® Plus! It can not be ruled out that Nyda® Plus reacts with individual hair care products and hair tinting agents! Keep Nyda® Plus away from heat and ignition sources and do not smoke during treatment. If Nyda® Plus is accidentally spilled, there is a risk of slipping. Therefore, remove the solution to these places immediately.

Side effects:
In rare cases, it can lead to allergic reactions that are triggered by an ingredient of the medical device.

General application notes:
Please note the following instructions to ensure a successful elimination of the headflower infestation. Previous to the first use the enclosed comb applicator is screwed to the bottle. To do this, remove the lid of the bottle and screw the comb applicator. Please lift the lid for recovering.

Before treatment with Nyda® Plus:
Before the treatment, the entire head hair of each family member should be investigated with a lice collection (e.g., Nyda® Lice and Nissenkamm, available in the pharmacy). To avoid new infections, all persons should be treated with lice on the same day. Otherwise, untreated persons can again infect a treated person. To remove any nodules, the hair can be combined with a normal comb. This should be thoroughly cleaned after the combing.

For treatment with Nyda® Plus:
For treatment with NYDA® Plus, we recommend that you put a towel on the school snack area under the hair.

The use of NYDA® Plus is done in dry hair:
1. Apply NYDA® Plus with the aid of the comb applicator and massage in the hair. Take the bottle and put the comb applicator slightly obliquely on the hairline in the area of the center crest. 4. Wash hair with commercially available shampoo. After 1 hour, Nyda® Plus can be washed out with its usual shampoo. Any existing residues of the solution after the first laundry can be easily removed with another hair wash.
5. Absolutely repeat application. The treatment according to the general recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute must be repeated for complete elimination of the headflower infestation.

General Treatment Scheme Based on the recommendation of the Robert Koch Institute:
Perform the second handling as before under point 1. - 4. described on day 9 (+/- 24 hours.

What should you do with headflower infestation in addition?
To prevent a spread of the headflower and a new headflower infestation, all family members should also be controlled on headflins and, if necessary, be treated promptly.

Storage note:
Do not store more than 25 ° C. Store bottle upright. We recommend to unscrew the comb applicator after use and recharge the lid. NYDA® Plus should no longer be used after the expiry of the expiry date specified on the package.
