1. What are Mucosolvan retard capsules 75 mg and what are you used for?

Mucosolvan retard capsules 75 mg are a medicament for mucus solution on respiratory diseases with a tough mucus (Expectorans).
Mucosolvan retard capsules 75 mg are applied to the mucus solving treatment in acute and chronic diseases of the bronchi and the lungs with a tough mucus.

2. What should you take before taking Mucosolvan Retard Capsules 75 MG Note?

Mucosolvan retard capsules 75 mg may not be taken,
  • if it is hypersensitive (allergic) against the active ingredient ambroxol hydrochloride or one of the other ingredients of this medicine mentioned in section 6.
  • from children under 12 years.

Warnings and Precautions:
Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine.

In connection with the use of Ambroxolhydrochlorid, there were reports of heavy skin reactions. If a rash occurs with you (including mucous membranes in the mouth, neck, nose, eyes and genital area), please terminate the use of Mucosolvan Retard Capsules 75 mg and immediately enter medical advice.

Patients with impaired kidney and liver function:
If you suffer from restricted renal function or on a heavy liver disease, Mucosolvan's retard capsules 75 may mg are taken only on medical statement. As for any medicament, which is metabolized by the liver and then excreted over the kidney, in the presence of highly limited kidney function, an accumulation of the metabolic products (metabolite) formed in the liver can be expected from Ambroxol.

The recommended dose is:
Adults and adolescents from 12 years:
Usually 1 mucosolvan retard capsule 75 mg is usually 1 times a day (corresponding to 75 mg of ambroxol hydrochloride / day.

Special disease phenomena of an overdose have not been reported so far.
