The mandarin is a small evergreen citrus tree; The somewhat immature fruits are harvested in the mandarin green. Mandarins are smaller than orange fruits and have a characteristic sweet aroma, they are harvested from October to January. Mandarins are used in perfumerie and cosmetics as well as for food aromatics.
