Use / application / consumption recommendation:
As a meaningful supplement of the magnesium intake through the natural food intake we recommend the daily consumption of 1 - 2 dragees. In addition, individual cases can also be thought of individual filling of the magnesium depot. Then we recommend the taking of 2 to 3 times a day for up to 4 weeks 1 to 2 dragees. The intake of Magndeheum M Dragees should be done shortly before meals. For children under 4 years, the consumption of Magnseium Dragees is not suitable.
