Dietary supplement with the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin, omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E as lutein and zeaxanthin esters

1 Soft capsule contains 11 mg naturally occurring lutein and zeaxanthin esters, fish oil with 56 mg omega-3 fatty acids (of which 46 mg docosahexaenoic acid) and 6.7 mg vitamin E from plant-based raw materials.
 

Recommended dosage: Consume 1-3 capsules daily with some liquid.
 

The yellow-colored carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin accumulate in the macula lutea (“yellow spot”) of the retina.

Docosahexaenoic acid is found in the coating of many cells and increases the deformability of the cell. This promotes important cell functions. Docosahexaenoic acid is important for the transmission of signals. It can be found in particularly high concentrations in nerve tissue and in the photoreceptor cells of the retina of the eye.
